火箭于11月22日美国东部时间21时57分从佛罗里达州卡纳维拉尔角发射场发射。
据Eutelsat公司网站指出，Eutelsat 10B卫星由泰雷兹阿莱尼亚宇航公司（Thales Alenia Space）研制和建造。
