Cushman & Wakefield Organizes “Breaking into Southeast Asia” Forums in Shanghai and Shenzhen
Shanghai/Shenzhen, October 25, 2024 — In recent years, as the global economic landscape has evolved, a growing number of China enterprises have been exploring greater globalization strategies. As a large trading partner, the Southeast Asia region has become an important market for China enterprises to expand their overseas footprint. The region is on track to see growth between 4.6% and 4.8% per year between 2024 and 2029; with exports from the region expected to surge nearly 90 percent by 2031[[2] World Economic Forum][2] (contrasting strongly with overall global trade growth of less than 30 percent) as global manufacturers look to diversify their supply chains and explore new markets.
