恒天然合作社集团(Fonterra Cooperative Group Ltd., FCG.NZ)称，在获得监管部门批准后，已经完成在华两个牧场的出售，总价为5.52亿新西兰元（约合3.85亿美元）现金。
作为全球最大的全脂奶粉出口商，恒天然周四表示，向优然牧业(Inner Mongolia Youran Dairy Co.)出售上述两个牧场是公司多年来削减债务和重组业务努力的一个里程碑。
恒天然称，将恒天然在中国第三家牧场85%的股份出售给其少数股东的交易也取得进展。
