总部位于柏林的数字货运公司sennder周三表示，已收购优步(Uber Technologies Inc., UBER)的欧洲货运业务。
该公司称，作为交易的一部分，优步将获得sennder的少数股权，不过没有披露这笔全股票交易的财务细节。
sennder表示，作为协议内容之一，该公司将把在北美寻求货运经纪或类似服务的托运人转给Uber Freight，反之亦然。
