20MWh\u50a8\u80fd\u7535\u7ad9\u5efa\u8bbe\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u7efc\u6539\u533a\u664b\u4e2d\u5f00\u53d1\u533a200MW\/200MWh\u50a8\u80fd\u7535\u7ad9\u5f00\u5de5\u5728\u5efa\u2026\u2026\u8fdb\u51659\u6708\uff0c\u4ee5\u201c\u53cc\u78b3\u201d\u76ee\u6807\u4e3a\u7275\u5f15\uff0c\u664b\u4e2d\u5e02\u4e0d\u65ad\u6df1\u5316\u80fd\u6e90\u9769\u547d\u7efc\u5408\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u63a8\u52a8\u98ce\u7535\u3001\u5149\u4f0f\u3001\u74e6\u65af\u53d1\u7535\u3001\u8bd5\u70b9\u50a8\u80fd\u3001\u62bd\u6c34\u84c4\u80fd\u7b49\u534f\u540c\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4e3a\u7ecf\u6d4e\u793e\u4f1a\u53d1\u5c55\u63d0\u4f9b\u7a33\u5b9a\u53ef\u9760\u7eff\u8272\u52a8\u529b\uff0c\u575a\u5b9a\u8d70\u597d\u7eff\u8272\u4f4e\u78b3\u7684\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u53d1\u5c55\u4e4b\u8def\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b9e\u73b0\u201c\u53cc\u78b3\u201d\u76ee\u6807\uff0c\u80fd\u6e90\u662f\u4e3b\u6218\u573a\uff0c\u7535\u529b\u662f\u4e3b\u529b\u519b\u3002\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u664b\u4e2d\u5e02\u80fd\u6e90\u7535\u529b\u884c\u4e1a\u5145\u5206\u53d1\u6325\u5176\u8d44\u6e90\u7980\u8d4b\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u79d1\u5b66\u89c4\u5212\u3001\u7edf\u7b79\u63a8\u8fdb\u8d44\u6e90\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u5229\u7528\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u4f18\u5316\u9879\u76ee\u5f00\u53d1\u5e03\u5c40\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u98ce\u7535\u3001\u5149\u4f0f\u7b49\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u4ea7\u4e1a\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u622a\u81f3\u4eca\u5e746\u6708\u5e95\uff0c\u5168\u5e02\u5404\u7c7b\u53d1\u7535\u603b\u88c5\u673a\u8fbe\u52301200\u4e07\u5343\u74e6\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u548c\u6e05\u6d01\u80fd\u6e90\u88c5\u673a\u5408\u8ba1605\u4e07\u5343\u74e6\uff0c\u5360\u6bd4\u9ad8\u8fbe50.4%\uff0c\u4f4d\u5c45\u5168\u7701\u524d\u5217\uff0c\u5c55\u73b0\u4e86\u5176\u80fd\u6e90\u7ed3\u6784\u4f18\u5316\u7684\u663e\u8457\u6210\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e3a\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u63d0\u5347\u80fd\u6e90\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u7075\u6d3b\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u9760\u6027\uff0c\u664b\u4e2d\u5e02\u79ef\u6781\u54cd\u5e94\u7701\u59d4\u3001\u7701\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u6218\u7565\u90e8\u7f72\uff0c\u5168\u529b\u63a8\u8fdb\u62bd\u6c34\u84c4\u80fd\u7535\u7ad9\u548c\u65b0\u578b\u50a8\u80fd\u7535\u7ad9\u7684\u5efa\u8bbe\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5de6\u6743\u7b95\u5c71\u3001\u6986\u793e\u90ed\u5bb6\u5c71\u3001\u548c\u987a\u677e\u70df3\u4e2a\u7ad9\u70b9\u5168\u90e8\u53d6\u5f97\u7701\u76f4\u76f8\u5173\u90e8\u95e8\u652f\u6301\u6027\u6587\u4ef6\u5e76\u4e0a\u62a5\u7701\u80fd\u6e90\u5c40\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u7a33\u6b65\u63a8\u8fdb\u65b0\u578b\u50a8\u80fd\u7535\u7ad9\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u5149\u4f0f\u9879\u76ee\u914d\u5957\u7684\u6614\u963310MW\/10MWh\u3001\u548c\u987a5MW\/5MWh\u548c\u5de6\u674320MW\/20MWh\u50a8\u80fd\u7535\u7ad9\u5efa\u8bbe\u5b8c\u6210\uff0c\u548c\u987a10MW\/10MWh\u3001\u7efc\u6539\u533a\u664b\u4e2d\u5f00\u53d1\u533a200MW\/200MWh\u50a8\u80fd\u7535\u7ad9\u5f00\u5de5\u5728\u5efa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u63a8\u52a8\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u664b\u4e2d\u5e02\u8fd8\u6ce8\u91cd\u4f20\u7edf\u80fd\u6e90\u4e0e\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u878d\u5408\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u901a\u8fc7\u7164\u7535\u4e0e\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u4e00\u4f53\u5316\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u5728\u52a0\u5feb\u7164\u7535\u7eff\u8272\u8f6c\u578b\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u5229\u7528\u7164\u7535\u4f01\u4e1a\u5728\u4eba\u5458\u3001\u6280\u672f\u3001\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u4f18\u52bf\uff0c\u52a9\u529b\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5065\u5eb7\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u540c\u6b65\u63d0\u5347\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u6d88\u7eb3\u5229\u7528\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u7164\u7535\u8f6c\u578b\u5347\u7ea7\u548c\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u53cc\u8d62\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u664b\u4e2d\u5e02\u76f8\u5173\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5c06\u7ee7\u7eed\u6df1\u5316\u80fd\u6e90\u9769\u547d\u7efc\u5408\u6539\u9769\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u9879\u76ee\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7164\u7535\u4e0e\u65b0\u80fd\u6e90\u878d\u5408\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5e76\u52a0\u5f3a\u79d1\u6280\u521b\u65b0\u548c\u4eba\u624d\u57f9\u517b\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6784\u5efa\u7eff\u8272\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8d39\u4f53\u7cfb\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u653f\u7b56\u652f\u6301\u548c\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u4ee5\u63a8\u52a8\u80fd\u6e90\u9ad8\u8d28\u91cf\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u4e3a\u5b9e\u73b0\u201c\u53cc\u78b3\u201d\u76ee\u6807\u4f5c\u51fa\u66f4\u5927\u8d21\u732e\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div
