data-index=\"\">\u4f01\u4e1a\u9886\u53d6\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u8bc1\u4e66\u4eab\u53d7\u4f18\u60e0\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-index=\"\">\u81ea\u4eca\u5e74\u5e741\u67081\u65e5\u8d77\u300a\u533a\u57df\u5168\u9762\u7ecf\u6d4e\u4f19\u4f34\u5173\u7cfb\u534f\u5b9a\u300b\uff08\u82f1\u6587\u7b80\u79f0\uff1aRCEP\uff09\u6b63\u5f0f\u5bf9\u6587\u83b1\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u3001\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u3001\u65b0\u897f\u5170\u7b4910\u4e2a\u56fd\u5bb6\u751f\u6548\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u6211\u533a\u5bf9\u5916\u8d38\u6613\u4e58\u52bf\u7a33\u6b65\u589e\u957f\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u5728RCEP\u56fd\u5bb6\u4e2d\uff0c\u4e1c\u76df\u662f\u5b81\u590f\u7b2c\u4e8c\u5927\u8d38\u6613\u4f19\u4f34\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u5206\u522b\u662f\u7b2c\u4e09\u548c\u7b2c\u4e94\u5927\u8d38\u6613\u4f19\u4f34\uff0c\u6fb3\u5927\u5229\u4e9a\u662f\u8fdb\u53e3\u8d44\u6e90\u91cd\u8981\u6765\u6e90\u56fd\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u57fa\u7840\u4e0a\uff0c\u5b81\u590f\u5404\u7ea7\u5546\u52a1\u90e8\u95e8\u79ef\u6781\u5bf9\u63a5\u5176\u4ed6RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u53d1\u6325\u7a33\u5916\u8d38\u5916\u8d44\u653f\u7b56\u652f\u6491\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5229\u7528e\u5916\u8d38\u6570\u5b57\u8d38\u6613\u5e73\u53f0\u3001\u963f\u91cc\u5df4\u5df4\u56fd\u9645\u7ad9\u7b49\u8d38\u6613\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u5e7f\u6cdb\u5f00\u5c55\u7ebf\u4e0a\u5f00\u62d3\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u7740\u529b\u5f3a\u5316\u8d38\u6613\u91d1\u878d\u8054\u52a8\u670d\u52a1\u4fdd\u969c\u673a\u5236\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u6df1\u5165\u63a8\u52a8\u8de8\u5883\u7535\u5546\u7efc\u8bd5\u533a\u3001\u5916\u8d38\u8f6c\u578b\u5347\u7ea7\u57fa\u5730\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u4f01\u4e1a\u62d3\u5c55\u5176\u4ed6RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u6269\u5927\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u8d38\u6613\u89c4\u6a21\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-index=\"\">\u6765\u81ea\u94f6\u5ddd\u6d77\u5173\u7684\u7edf\u8ba1\u6570\u636e\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u4eca\u5e74\u4e00\u5b63\u5ea6\u6211\u533a\u5bf9RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u51fa\u53e311.8\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u589e\u957f64.4%\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u5bf9\u97e9\u56fd\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u9a6c\u6765\u897f\u4e9a\u3001\u6cf0\u56fd\u3001\u8d8a\u5357\u3001\u5370\u5c3c\u5206\u522b\u51fa\u53e33.6\u4ebf\u5143\u30012.7\u4ebf\u5143\u30011.4\u4ebf\u5143\u30011\u4ebf\u5143\u30019343\u4e07\u5143\u30017321\u4e07\u5143\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u589e\u957f121.7%\u300156.2%\u300174.9%\u300127.5%\u30015.2%\u300190.2%\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-index=\"\">\u5b81\u590f\u8d38\u4fc3\u4f1a\u76f8\u5173\u4e1a\u52a1\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u97e9\u6653\u660e\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u65e5\u672c\u3001\u97e9\u56fd\u5bf9\u53cc\u6c30\u80fa\u3001\u6d3b\u6027\u70ad\u3001\u86cb\u6c28\u9178\u3001\u5fae\u7845\u7c89\u7b49\u4f5c\u51fa\u7acb\u5373\u96f6\u5173\u7a0e\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u5728\u964d\u4f4e\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4ea7\u54c1\u8d38\u6613\u6210\u672c\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u4e86\u5229\u6da6\u548c\u5e02\u573a\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\uff0c\u5fc5\u5c06\u5438\u5f15\u66f4\u591a\u5916\u8d38\u4f01\u4e1a\u4ece\u4e8b\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u51fa\u53e3\uff0c\u9884\u8ba1\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4ea7\u54c12022\u5e74\u5e73\u5747\u51fa\u53e3\u589e\u5e45\u57283%\u5de6\u53f3\u3002\u65e5\u672c\u5bf9\u94bd\u7c89\u3001\u78b3\u5316\u7845\u3001\u805a\u4e59\u70ef\u3001\u805a\u4e19\u70ef\u7b49\u65b0\u6750\u6599\u91c7\u53d610\u5e74\u540e\u964d\u5230\u96f6\u7684\u6e10\u8fdb\u5f0f\u964d\u7a0e\u627f\u8bfa\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c06\u5e26\u52a8\u6211\u533a\u65b0\u578b\u6750\u6599\u4ea7\u4e1a\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-index=\"\">\u201c\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u6301\u7eed\u8ddf\u8e2aRCEP\u8c08\u5224\u8fdb\u7a0b\uff0c\u628a\u6269\u5927\u4e0eRCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7ecf\u8d38\u4ea4\u6d41\u5408\u4f5c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5168\u9762\u63d0\u5347\u5f00\u653e\u578b\u7ecf\u6d4e\u53d1\u5c55\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6293\u624b\uff0c\u901a\u8fc7\u62d3\u5c55\u533a\u57df\u95f4\u8d38\u6613\u3001\u52a0\u5927\u2018\u8d70\u51fa\u53bb\u2019\u2018\u5f15\u8fdb\u6765\u2019\u5de5\u4f5c\u529b\u5ea6\u3001\u62d3\u5c55\u56fd\u9645\u7269\u6d41\u901a\u9053\u3001\u5f3a\u5316\u8d44\u91d1\u652f\u6301\u7b49\u653f\u7b56\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5b81\u590f\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u7ecf\u8d38\u5408\u4f5c\u53d6\u5f97\u79ef\u6781\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u201d\u5b81\u590f\u5546\u52a1\u5385\u76f8\u5173\u8d1f\u8d23\u4eba\u8868\u793a\u3002<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span
