align=\"\">\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u516c\u53f8\u4e3b\u8981\u7b7e\u9886\u7684\u662f\u5bf9\u65e5\u672c\u7684RCEP\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u8bc1\u4e66\uff0c\u53bb\u5e74\u7ecf\u8fc7\u4e24\u6b21\u964d\u7a0e\u5b89\u6392\u540e\uff0c\u5ba2\u6237\u4eab\u53d7\u5230\u7684\u5173\u7a0e\u4f18\u60e0\u5e45\u5ea6\u8fbe\u523018.6%\uff0c\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7a33\u5b9a\u5ba2\u6237\u8d44\u6e90\u8d77\u5230\u4e86\u79ef\u6781\u4f5c\u7528\u3002\u201d\u6d77\u5357\u6b23\u9f99\u65e0\u7eba\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u56fd\u9645\u8d38\u6613\u4e1a\u52a1\u603b\u7ecf\u7406\u5218\u7fd4\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u672a\u6765\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0RCEP\u4e0e\u81ea\u8d38\u6e2f\u4f18\u60e0\u653f\u7b56\u53e0\u52a0\uff0c\u4e3a\u516c\u53f8\u6269\u5927\u51fa\u53e3\u8d77\u5230\u63a8\u52a8\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p align=\"\">\u81eaRCEP\u5b9e\u65bd\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u6d77\u53e3\u6e2f\u6d77\u5173\u6210\u7acbRCEP\u653f\u7b56\u7814\u7a76\u5c0f\u7ec4\uff0c\u68b3\u7406\u6c47\u603b\u8f96\u533a\u51fa\u53e3\u81f3RCEP\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u91cd\u70b9\u4f01\u4e1a\u540d\u5355\uff0c\u7ed3\u5408\u6d77\u5357\u4f18\u52bf\u4ea7\u4e1a\u5e03\u5c40\u53ca\u4ea7\u54c1\u7ed3\u6784\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u201c\u4e00\u4f01\u4e00\u7b56\u201d\u5f00\u5c55RCEP\u539f\u4ea7\u5730\u89c4\u5219\u548c\u5173\u7a0e\u51cf\u8ba9\u653f\u7b56\u7814\u7a76\uff1b\u6574\u7406\u4fee\u8ba2\u201c\u5e38\u89c1\u7b7e\u8bc1\u4e1a\u52a1\u95ee\u7b54\u5e93\u201d\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u6765\u8be2\u8bc9\u6c42\u6309\u7c7b\u578b\u3001\u7591\u96be\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5206\u7c7b\u5206\u7ea7\u5efa\u7acb\u53f0\u8d26\uff0c\u4e0d\u65ad\u63d0\u5347\u4f01\u4e1a\u77e5\u60e0\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p
