FOMC\u5728\u66f4\u65b0\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u8d1f\u503a\u8868\u6b63\u5e38\u5316\u6307\u5f15\u4e2d\u8868\u793a\u201c\u51c6\u5907\u6839\u636e\u7ecf\u6d4e\u548c\u91d1\u878d\u53d1\u5c55\u60c5\u51b5\u8c03\u6574\u5b8c\u6210\u8d44\u4ea7\u8d1f\u503a\u8868\u6b63\u5e38\u5316\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u7ec6\u8282\u201d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cFOMC\u4ea6\u5f3a\u8c03\u8054\u90a6\u57fa\u91d1\u5229\u7387\u662f\u5176\u8c03\u6574\u8d27\u5e01\u653f\u7b56\u7acb\u573a\u7684\u201c\u4e3b\u8981\u624b\u6bb5\u201d\u3002FOMC\u79f0\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u60c5\u51b5\u9700\u8981\u201c\u6bd4\u4ec5\u4ec5\u901a\u8fc7\u964d\u4f4e\u8054\u90a6\u57fa\u91d1\u5229\u7387\u5c31\u80fd\u5b9e\u73b0\u7684\u201d\u66f4\u5bbd\u677e\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u5219\u5c06\u4f1a\u8003\u8651\u8c03\u6574\u8d44\u4ea7\u8d1f\u503a\u8868\u7684\u89c4\u6a21\u548c\u6784\u6210\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; \u968f\u7740FOMC\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u8f6c\u5411\u4f9d\u8d56\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u201c\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u6e10\u8fdb\u52a0\u606f\u201d\u7684\u524d\u77bb\u6307\u5f15\u53ca\u98ce\u9669\u5e73\u8861\u8bc4\u4f30\u88ab\u5220\u9664\u3002\u8be5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u79f0\u7ee7\u7eed\u5c06\u7ecf\u6d4e\u589e\u957f\u3001\u5f3a\u52b2\u52b3\u52a8\u5e02\u573a\u72b6\u51b5\u53ca\u63a5\u8fd12%\u5bf9\u79f0\u6027\u76ee\u6807\u89c6\u4e3a\u201c\u6700\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u201d\uff0c\u66ff\u4ee3\u4e86\u672a\u6765\u52a0\u606f\u627f\u8bfa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&#8212;
