\u7b80\u79f0FTC)\u5468\u56db\u6295\u7968\u51b3\u5b9a\u6269\u5927\u5176\u81ea\u7531\u88c1\u91cf\u6743\uff0c\u5bf9\u5176\u8ba4\u5b9a\u7684\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7ade\u4e89\u65b9\u5f0f\u53d1\u8d77\u6311\u6218\uff0c\u8fd9\u53ef\u80fd\u4e3a\u9488\u5bf9\u5927\u578b\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u53cd\u5784\u65ad\u6267\u6cd5\u6848\u4ef6\u6253\u5f00\u5927\u95e8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u4ee5\u4e0e\u515a\u6d3e\u4eba\u6570\u4e00\u81f4\u76843\u7968\u5bf92\u7968\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\u901a\u8fc7\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e00\u4e3e\u63aa\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u5360\u591a\u6570\u3002\u652f\u6301\u8005\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u9879\u6295\u7968\u5e9f\u9664\u4e862015\u5e74\u7684\u4e00\u9879\u673a\u6784\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u8be5\u653f\u7b56\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u963b\u6b62\u4e86FTC\u5229\u7528\u5176\u6743\u529b\u6311\u6218\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u505a\u6cd5\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u8fd9\u79cd\u505a\u6cd5\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fdd\u53cd\u4e86\u5176\u4ed6\u53cd\u5784\u65ad\u6cd5\u3002\u90a3\u4e9b\u6cd5\u5f8b\u5173\u6ce8\u7684\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u884c\u4e3a\u662f\u5426\u5bf9\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u9020\u6210\u4e86\u4f24\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>FTC\u7684\u65b0\u4efb\u3001\u6c11\u4e3b\u515a\u4ebaLina Khan\u652f\u6301\u8fd9\u4e00\u4e3e\u63aa\u3002\u5979\u8bf4\uff0c\u8fd9\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u8ba9FTC\u6839\u636e1914\u5e74\u7684\u300a\u516c\u5e73\u8d38\u6613\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u6cd5\u6848\u300b(Fair Trade Commission Act)\u6062\u590d\u4e86\u56fd\u4f1a\u6700\u521d\u8d4b\u4e88\u7684\u804c\u8d23\uff0c\u5373\u76d1\u7ba1\u5176\u4ed6\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6ca1\u6709\u6db5\u76d6\u7684\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7ade\u4e89\u884c\u4e3a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u5728\u5b9e\u8df5\u4e2d\uff0c2015\u5e74\u7684\u58f0\u660e\u66f4\u52a0\u5f3a\u8c03\u4e86\u8be5\u673a\u6784\u957f\u671f\u4ee5\u6765\u672a\u80fd\u8c03\u67e5\u548c\u8ffd\u67e5\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7ade\u4e89\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u95ee\u9898\uff0c\u201d\u6700\u8fd1\u88ab\u7f8e\u56fd\u603b\u7edf\u62dc\u767b(Biden)\u4efb\u547d\u4e3a\u8be5\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a\u7684Khan\u8bf4\u3002\u5979\u8fd8\u8bf4\u2236\u201c\u6211\u6253\u7b97\u5e2e\u52a9\u672c\u673a\u6784\u6062\u590d\u8fd9\u9879\u5173\u952e\u4f7f\u547d\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u5468\u56db\u7684\u6295\u7968\u5c06\u8d4b\u4e88FTC\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u6743\u9650\u6765\u76d1\u7ba1\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9488\u5bf9\u7ade\u4e89\u5bf9\u624b\u7684\u63a0\u593a\u6027\u5b9a\u4ef7\u3002\u79d1\u6280\u884c\u4e1a\u5f3a\u70c8\u53cd\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e00\u884c\u52a8\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5728FTC\u66f4\u5e7f\u6cdb\u7684\u65b0\u6743\u529b\u4e0b\uff0c\u8be5\u884c\u4e1a\u53ef\u80fd\u6210\u4e3aFTC\u6311\u6218\u7684\u6700\u5927\u76ee\u6807\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u8c13\u7684\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u798f\u5229\u6807\u51c6\u662f\u8bb8\u591a\u6839\u636e\u53cd\u5784\u65ad\u6cd5\u63d0\u8d77\u7684\u53cd\u5784\u65ad\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u5173\u952e\u8981\u7d20\u3002\u4f46\u4e00\u4e9b\u53cd\u5784\u65ad\u4e13\u5bb6\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u8fd9\u5f88\u96be\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u8bb8\u591a\u4ea7\u54c1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u90fd\u662f\u514d\u8d39\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u79d1\u6280\u754c\u4ee3\u8868\u8b66\u544a\u79f0\uff0c\u5468\u56db\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u7ed9\u6267\u6cd5\u5e26\u6765\u66f4\u591a\u653f\u6cbb\u5f71\u54cd\uff0c\u5e76\u524a\u5f31\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u521b\u65b0\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div
