\n\u674e\u9b41\u6587\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u76ee\u524dRCEP\u662f\u5168\u7403\u4f53\u91cf\u6700\u5927\u7684\u81ea\u8d38\u533a\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u4e86\u5168\u7403\u7ea630%\u7684\u4eba\u53e3\u300130%\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u603b\u91cf\u548c30%\u7684\u5bf9\u5916\u8d38\u6613\uff0c\u53d1\u5c55\u524d\u666f\u5e7f\u9614\u3001\u6f5c\u529b\u5de8\u5927\uff0c\u6210\u5458\u5404\u65b9\u5bf9\u6b64\u5145\u6ee1\u671f\u5f85\u3002\u4e2d\u56fd\u6d77\u5173\u6b63\u5728\u7ed3\u5408\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u804c\u8d23\uff0c\u6293\u7d27\u63a8\u52a8\u5b9e\u65bd\u524d\u7684\u76f8\u5173\u51c6\u5907\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n
