\u91cd\u5e86\u63a8\u51fa12\u6761\u63aa\u65bd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u636e\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u653f\u5e9c\u7f51\u7ad9\u6d88\u606f\uff0c\u8fd1\u65e5\uff0c\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u53d1\u5c55\u6539\u9769\u59d4\u8054\u5408\u76f8\u5173\u90e8\u95e8\u5370\u53d1\u4e86\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u91cd\u5e86\u5e02\u63a8\u8fdb\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u4ea7\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55\u7684\u82e5\u5e72\u63aa\u65bd\u300b\u3002\u300a\u63aa\u65bd\u300b\u4e3b\u8981\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u52a0\u5f3a\u9879\u76ee\u50a8\u5907\u63a8\u4ecb\u3001\u52a0\u5f3a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u4fdd\u969c\u548c\u98ce\u9669\u9632\u8303\u3001\u5b8c\u5584\u914d\u5957\u652f\u6301\u653f\u7b56\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u4e86\u652f\u6301\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684REITs\u7ba1\u7406\u673a\u6784\u4eab\u53d7\u897f\u90e8\u5927\u5f00\u53d1\u7a0e\u6536\u4f18\u60e0\u653f\u7b56\u3001\u5efa\u7acb\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bdREITs\u9879\u76ee\u6295\u8d44\u826f\u6027\u5faa\u73af\u673a\u5236\u3001\u57f9\u80b2\u5f15\u8fdb\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bdREITs\u9886\u57df\u9886\u519b\u4eba\u624d\u3001\u9f13\u52b1\u673a\u6784\u7533\u8bf7\u516c\u52df\u57fa\u91d1\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u8d44\u8d28\u7b4912\u6761\u5177\u4f53\u63aa\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300a\u63aa\u65bd\u300b\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u8981\u5f00\u5c55\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bdREITs\u9879\u76ee\u68b3\u7406\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bdREITs\u9879\u76ee\u5e93\u3002\u652f\u6301\u672c\u5e02\u7b26\u5408\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u7533\u62a5\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bdREITs\u8bd5\u70b9\uff0c\u9f13\u52b1\u5ddd\u6e1d\u4f01\u4e1a\u8054\u5408\u7533\u62a5\u3002\u9879\u76ee\u7533\u62a5\u53ca\u5ba1\u6838\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5bf9\u672c\u5e02\u548c\u5e02\u5916\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e00\u89c6\u540c\u4ec1\u3002\u5efa\u7acb\u516c\u5f00\u900f\u660e\u7684\u5ba1\u6838\u5de5\u4f5c\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5373\u62a5\u5373\u5ba1\uff0c\u6210\u719f\u4e00\u4e2a\uff0c\u7533\u62a5\u4e00\u4e2a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u636e\u4e86\u89e3\uff0c\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u4e0d\u52a8\u4ea7\u6295\u8d44\u4fe1\u6258\u57fa\u91d1\uff08REITs\uff09\u4fd7\u79f0\u201c\u9879\u76eeIPO\u201d\uff0c\u5bf9\u62df\u53d1\u884c\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8d44\u4ea7\u8d28\u91cf\u3001\u7ecf\u8425\u7ba1\u7406\u6c34\u5e73\u3001\u4e2d\u4ecb\u673a\u6784\u4e13\u4e1a\u80fd\u529b\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u5747\u6709\u4e25\u683c\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u81ea\u56fd\u5bb6\u53d1\u5c55\u6539\u9769\u59d4\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u8bc1\u76d1\u4f1a\u5f00\u5c55\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bdREITs\u8bd5\u70b9\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ee5\u6765\uff0c\u5168\u56fd\u4ec525\u53eaREITs\u4ea7\u54c1\u6210\u529f\u53d1\u884c\uff0c\u6211\u5e02\u4e8e2022\u5e747\u6708\u5728\u4e0a\u4ea4\u6240\u6210\u529f\u53d1\u884c\u7684\u6e1d\u9042\u9ad8\u901fREITs\uff0c\u662f\u622a\u81f3\u76ee\u524d\u897f\u90e8\u5730\u533a\u552f\u4e00\u4e00\u53ea\u3002\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\u6210\u529f\u52df\u96c6\u8d44\u91d147.9\u4ebf\u5143\uff0c\u5c06\u7528\u4e8e\u6211\u5e02\u65b0\u7684\u9ad8\u901f\u516c\u8def\u5efa\u8bbe\uff0c\u5b9e\u73b0\u4e86\u8d44\u4ea7\u76d8\u6d3b\u5230\u65b0\u589e\u6295\u8d44\u7684\u826f\u6027\u5faa\u73af\u3002\u76ee\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u5e02\u4ea7\u4e1a\u56ed\u533aREITs\u3001\u4fdd\u969c\u6027\u79df\u8d41\u4f4f\u623fREITs\u6b63\u5728\u6309\u7167\u56fd\u5bb6\u53d1\u5c55\u6539\u9769\u59d4\u3001\u4e2d\u56fd\u8bc1\u76d1\u4f1a\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u79ef\u6781\u5f00\u5c55\u7533\u62a5\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div
